However, with a large number of stakeholders and complex ecosystem, the challenges are numerous to ensure a customer journey that delivers fully on the traveller’s expectations.
Jenny Gejke, Head of Digital Sales Channel Development, will share with us SJ’s ambitions to apply a true customer centric approach to increase customer satisfaction and the challenges and opportunities within.

Virtual Reality offers new ways for people to socialize, and Ving/Thomas Cook saw a good opportunity to create a new type of sales channel. Within less than 6 months, the team at Ving managed to take the idea to a launched business solution on Facebook Spaces.
Jonas Carlson Almqvist - Tech Lead, Digital in Destination @ Thomas Cook will take us through this amazing project and share learnings and opportunities.
