The founders of CMO goes Tech, Gül Heper and Cecilia Hjertzell, will kick off the event.

17.15 SJ - How to manage the customer experience in a complex ecosystem 
The interest in sustainable travel has never been bigger and during the last year, there’s a been huge increase of train travellers in Sweden. SJ, being the market leading operator In Sweden, is working hard to meet increasing customer expectations of an easy, smooth and reliable journey – before, during and after. However, with a large number of stakeholders and complex ecosystem, the challenges are numerous to ensure a customer journey that delivers fully on the traveller’s expectations.
Jenny Gejke, Head of Digital Sales Channel Development, will share with us SJ’s ambitions to apply a true customer centric approach to increase customer satisfaction and the challenges and opportunities within.

17.40 Ving/Thomas Cook - Extended customer experience with Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality offers new ways for people to socialize, and Ving/Thomas Cook saw a good opportunity to create a new type of sales channel. Within less than 6 months, the team at Ving managed to take the idea to a launched business solution on Facebook Spaces. 
Jonas Carlson Almqvist - Tech Lead, Digital in Destination @ Thomas Cook will take us through this amazing project and share learnings and opportunities.

Jenny Gejke
Head of Digital Sales Channel Development at SJ

Jenny is heading up SJ’s digital channel development including the responsibility for SJ’s booking, ticketing and payment solutions. Jenny has previously helped establish SJ's presence on social media and during the last five years successfully launched several new digital services for: traffic information, seating, customer service and payments etc. to SJ’s customers. Jenny has over 20 years of experience of working with the development of digital services in different roles.

Jonas Carlson Almqvist
Tech Lead, Digital in Destination at Thomas Cook

For more than 20 years Jonas has worked with e-commerce within the travel industry. Now he heads the development team Digital in Destination at Thomas Cook that aims to digitize the resort and hotel services for customers traveling with companies within the Thomas Cook group. He lives in the Stockholm Archipelago together with his family and loves to spend time at sea visiting one of the thousands of islands if he is not taking pictures inside medieval churches or lecturing about 3D and VR.
